Review by hotel critic
Review of Stare Miasto Hotel, PoznanDuring my recent stay at Stare Miasto in Poznan, I discovered an appealing balance between value and comfort that many travelers seek. The hotel's strategic location in the heart of the Old Town made it easy to explore the historical sites and local attractions within walking distance. The warm welcome I received from the friendly English-speaking staff set a positive tone for my visit. Their attentiveness was notable, particularly as they heated milk for my child, showcasing their accommodating nature. The daily housekeeping efforts ensured the room remained clean, although I found the absence of shelves in the closet slightly inconvenient. The breakfast buffet offered multiple options and was a perfect start to the day. The dining area was cozy and inviting, and the hotel's commitment to maintaining a safe environment was evident in its well-kept premises. With well-heated accommodations during December, a flat-screen TV, and reliable Wi-Fi, the hotel successfully merged practicality with comfort. If one values convenience, I recommend Stare Miasto as a cost-effective option without compromising on essential amenities during a short stay in Poznan.
